Capchase seeks a Payment Operations Specialist to own daily payment operations and ensure accurate deal deployment, timely funding, and proper reconciliation. You will monitor payouts, collections, refunds, and other movements while maintaining strict controls.

You’ll work with Finance, Capital Markets, Risk, Product, and Engineering to improve processes, automate workflows, and scale operations using AI tools. Fluency in English is required, with US hours expected.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in operations, payments, treasury or similar analytical role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Curiosity and a systems mindset.
• Strong ownership and independence.
• Comfort with technology including Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Availability to work US Eastern/Central business hours.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily payment operations: review, validate, deploy deals, ensure financial details and payment schedules are accurate.
• Execute and monitor vendor payouts, customer collections, refunds, and other money movements across currencies.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, resolve failed/misapplied transactions.
• Independently manage time-sensitive priorities with accuracy and banking deadlines.
• Investigate unusual transactions, root causes, and drive resolutions with Product and Engineering.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end lifecycle from origination to repayment and funding.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate workflows using modern tools and AI agents.
• Collaborate across Finance, Risk, and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs and reporting.
