IWG plc is seeking a Partnership Sales Lead to drive our ambitious global expansion. You will hunt, pitch and close high-value deals with building owners, growing our network and delivering results in a fast-growing market.

Join a team of 200+ partnerships leaders and shape opportunities across regions, manage a robust pipeline, and present a compelling value narrative to large and small audiences. English and local language communication required.

Responsabilidades

• Agree high-value deals to deliver inspiring new partner locations, leveraging your expertise to expand the IWG network in every town and city
• Hunt opportunities in commercial buildings across your region, pitch for partnerships, convince partners to invest to develop a new IWG centre and close deals quickly
• Showcase the value of the IWG partnership proposition to your network of B2B connections
• Source partners to drive growth via new locations, conversions or competitor conversions
• Tailor business development to partners’ varying needs
• Manage pipeline from initial contact to detailed negotiations and a signed agreement
