Olympus Corporation seeks an IT Service Manager to drive global network service delivery, modernization, and standardization across regions. You will coordinate with regional IT leaders, operations, and stakeholders to ensure consistent execution, security, and documented, operational handover with clear acceptance criteria.

You will lead projects covering WAN/SD-WAN modernization, LAN/WLAN refresh, edge security, DNS/DHCP/IPAM enhancements, and cloud connectivity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/telecommunications/CS.
• 5+ years managing enterprise network projects in global/multi-regional environments.
• Experience across WAN/LAN/WLAN/SD-WAN, security edge (firewalls/VPN/SASE), and core services (DNS/DHCP/IPAM).
• ITIL service transition and change governance; strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global end-to-end delivery and coordination of network initiatives across regions.
• Establish and govern global project delivery baselines, priorities, and interdependencies.
• Define global operational acceptance criteria and ensure smooth transition to Network Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce incidents, MTTR, and change failures.
• Develop reference architectures and lifecycle standards; enforce standardization.
