Olympus Corporation seeks an IT Service Manager to drive delivery, standardization, and continuous improvement of global network services across regions. The role leads modernization programs, governance, and transformation initiatives to ensure alignment to global standards, security, and measurable business outcomes worldwide.

Collaborating with the accountable Service Owner, regional IT leaders, operations teams, and key business stakeholders, you will ensure globally consistent network

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related fields or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in IT provider management or service delivery in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of IT governance and ITIL processes.
• Broad technical knowledge of IT infrastructure products/services.

Responsabilidades

• Global project delivery and cross-regional coordination across regions.
• Establish and govern global project delivery baselines, priorities, and interdependencies.
• Define global operational acceptance criteria and ensure structured transition into Network Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents, MTTR, and change failures.
• Develop and enforce reference architectures and lifecycle standards.
• Coordinate MSP/OEM/carrier contributions and run formal service reviews.
