Job summary

Olympus is seeking an IT Service Manager to drive global network services delivery, modernization programs, and cross-regional coordination. You will ensure alignment to global standards, security and compliance, and operational readiness with clear acceptance criteria.

The role focuses on WAN/SD‑WAN modernization, LAN/WLAN refresh, edge security, cloud connectivity, and observability/automation, collaborating with regional leaders and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
5+ years managing enterprise network projects or service improvements in global/multi-regional environments.
Experience across WAN/LAN/WLAN/SD‑WAN, security edge (firewalls/VPN/SASE), and core services (DNS/DHCP/IPAM).
Proven ITIL service transition and change governance; strong stakeholder engagement.
English spoken (advanced).

Responsibilities

Lead global end-to-end delivery and coordination of network initiatives across regions.
Establish and govern global project baselines, priorities and interdependencies.
Define global operational acceptance criteria and ensure transition into Network Operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and MTTR.
Produce design artifacts, facilitate architecture reviews and CAB approvals.
Coordinate MSP/OEM/carrier contributions; manage contracts and SLA adherence.
Build business cases, track budgets, and realize cost savings and performance gains.
