Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Manager, Global Network Operations to lead a worldwide network operations team spanning offices, distribution centers, data centers, retail stores, showrooms, and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes secure, reliable, and efficient network services with a focus on automation and AI-driven improvements. You will drive incident, change, and problem management, coordinate major incidents, and steer lifecycle management initiatives while collaborating with teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Network Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Network Engineering, or Enterprise IT Operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership or technical team leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in LAN/WAN, Wireless Networks, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Knowledge of network monitoring, operational analytics, automation, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Network Operations team.
• Drive incident, request, change, and problem management processes.
• Coordinate major incident response, root cause analysis, and escalation management.
• Support network refreshes, migrations, cloud connectivity initiatives, and lifecycle management activities.
• Advance an automation-first and AI-enabled support model.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
