Olympus Corporation seeks an experienced IT Service Manager to drive global network services delivery and standardization across regions. You will coordinate end‑to‑end network initiatives, align plans with enterprise standards, and ensure secure, well-documented transitions into operations.

The role requires 10+ years in IT, strong ITIL knowledge, and experience with MSPs and vendors. Travel and multi‑regional collaboration are expected as part of a global transformation program.

Formación

• 10+ years in IT.
• 3+ years in a network team at Olympus scale (50+ locations, 10,000+ employees).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure products and ITIL processes.
• Experience with external service providers and ITIL service management.
• Willing to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Global project delivery and cross‑regional coordination.
• Define global operational acceptance criteria and transitions into Network Operations.
• Lead service improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Develop reference architectures and lifecycle standards.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate progress to governance forums.
