Danfoss in Apodaca, Mexico is seeking a Service Manager, Wide Area Network (WAN) to lead reliable WAN service delivery and ensure a seamless user experience across our network environment. This on-site role owns performance, drives improvements, and partners with internal teams and external providers to keep business operations running smoothly.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage incidents and changes, and monitor KPIs to drive availability and efficiency.

• Experience managing IT or network services with accountability for service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service management processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and providers in complex operational environments.
• Understanding of network operations, service levels, KPIs, availability, and service performance management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, incident management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The Impact You'll Make
