Maps Solutions is seeking a driven Client Support Agent for an on-site role in Mexico City. You will respond to client inquiries via calls, email and chat, provide product information, and guide users through technical support.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English with native or near-native proficiency in another language, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and may have a university degree. Resumes should be in English, and eligibility to work in Mexico is required.

• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Ability to communicate in another language.
• University degree would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses regarding products, services and technical support.
• Educate clients on features, benefits, promotions, and usage of products and services.
• Offer guidance and troubleshoot to assist clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address clients’ needs and resolve complex issues.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate person or Manager.
• Identify areas for improvement and share feedback with the team.
