Amazon is seeking a Launch Program Manager in Mexico City to lead highly strategic launches, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive scalable processes across Global Engineering Services. You will own complex programs, translate customer needs into requirements, and manage multiple timelines with senior leadership visibility.

The role emphasizes ownership, ambiguity navigation, and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

• Optimizes cross-team processes that improve team efficacy and delivery.
• Has the technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
• Takes ownership and accountability for programs, while maintaining the ability to ask for help, and elevate issues and problems as necessary to keep programs on track
• Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and operating in a rapidly evolving and changing landscape
• Willing to drive into the details and leverage high judgment and gut instinct
• Communicates effectively to all stakeholders related to a launch or program/project
