You will own end‑to‑end program strategy, drive cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Product, and Technology, and implement scalable frameworks to improve efficiency, cost control, and customer outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in program or project management.
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of large-scale programs across multiple business units and geographies.
• Develop and execute integration strategies across cross-functional teams and operational workstreams.
• Design scalable operational frameworks focusing on efficiency and cost optimization.
• Create and manage performance measurement systems to track program success and business impact.
• Own end-to-end strategy development and execution for complex, multi-phase programs.
• Drive program expansion and optimization to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for program effectiveness.
• Build partnerships across Operations, Product, Technology, and Business teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
