Job summary

Epson America Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a project management professional to lead regional initiatives related to product launches, process optimization, system migrations, and business transformation projects.

You will drive high-impact programs in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The role requires advanced English and Spanish, PMP/ PMI or Lean Six Sigma certification, and a proven ability to train, coach, and align stakeholders across global teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP, PMI, and/or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or Green Belt) certification.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience leading regional projects involving continuous improvement, product launches, and system migrations.
• Experience working with global and multicultural teams.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drives entire portfolio of projects towards meeting timelines, deliverables, and objectives.
• Manages team dynamics and leads large groups in status meetings.
• Drives accountability across all functional areas supporting product launch.
• Manages timelines, date changes, communications, and risks/issues.
• Leads execution of standard launch process for every product launch.
• Guides and trains Product Managers in launching processes.
• Guides teams in tailoring the launch process.
• Serves as SME of launch process and PM practices, tools, and methodology.
• Leads cross-functional groups to streamline processes and information flow.
• Facilitates risk resolution during product launches.
• Leads prioritization of root causes and countermeasures.
• Develops process flow and standard work documents.
• Analyzes data to understand problems and root causes.
