Job summary

Flex is seeking a Sr Program Manager in Guadalajara, MX to lead cross-functional teams and drive the commercial and operational delivery of programs. You will coordinate the product lifecycle, support negotiations, and ensure alignment with client requirements and contract terms.

The role requires BA/BS/MBA or equivalent, strong English/Spanish communication, and experience with manufacturing ramp-ups and global collaboration. On-site work at North Campus with international travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience leading and developing small teams (≈3 employees).

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain work systems, procedures and policies to enable optimum performance.
• Manage project finances to meet goals and minimize risk within contracts.
• Support contract negotiations and price definitions with the client and operations.
• Coordinate Product Life cycle of new programs and align to Launch cost and P&L projections.
