is seeking an Expansion Program Manager for Mexico to translate business needs into actionable projects with clear expectations and metrics. You will engage support teams, partner with Operations, and drive infrastructure projects while anticipating risks and driving strategic decisions for success. You will coordinate with execution teams, follow up with operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional working with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the project management and change management program for investment projects.
• Support project owners and teams through conception, planning and execution.
• Communicate with owners and stakeholders to ensure collaboration.
• Drive projects to improve, expand and standardize MX operations.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead end-to-end process excellence with risk analysis and formal reporting.
