Inspired Education Group seeks an IT Software Liaison – North America based in Monterrey, Mexico, to bridge Global Applications with Regional IT and North American schools. The role supports MIS, learning platforms, and reporting tools while aligning global initiatives with local requirements.

Formación

• 2+ years of MIS management and/or Global IT Software project experience in an Inspired school environment.
• Experience with school MIS and related platforms is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key point of coordination between North America schools, Regional IT, and Global Applications teams for rollout and ongoing use of IT software platforms.
• Support schools in effective use of Standard Systems, ensuring data quality and user adoption.
• Lead software onboarding for new schools, capturing local requirements and mapping processes to Inspired platforms.
• Support Global IT Software projects with stakeholder engagement and implementation planning.
• Plan and execute global/regional system implementations, assess readiness and training needs.
• Collaborate to address data inconsistencies, integration issues, and user-access challenges.
• Perform acceptance testing for pilots and new features, providing regional feedback.
• Develop user guidance and training materials for platform changes and new features.
• Build relationships with school leadership and regional teams, managing expectations and risks.
• Contribute to standardisation of software implementation processes and governance.
