Inspired Education Group is seeking an IT Software Liaison – North America to bridge the Global Applications team, Regional IT, and North American schools from Monterrey, Mexico. You will coordinate MIS deployments, support onboarding, ensure data quality and align local needs with global standards.

With strong communication and stakeholder management, you will lead global IT projects, manage timelines and dependencies, and develop guidance and training to maximise adoption.

Formación

• 2+ years MIS management or software project implementation in Inspired schools.
• Experience with MIS and related academic platforms.
• Experience delivering training and supporting change management.
• Agile and waterfall project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as coordination point between schools in North America, Regional IT, and Global Applications for rollout and ongoing use.
• Support effective use of Standard Systems, data quality, user adoption, and alignment with global standards.
• Lead software onboarding, capture local requirements, map processes to Inspired platforms.
• Support global IT projects with planning, timelines, dependencies and configuration.
• Plan and execute global/regional system implementations, assess readiness and risks.
• Address data inconsistencies, integration issues, and user-access challenges across platforms.
• Perform acceptance testing for pilots and new features, provide regional feedback.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and onboarding activities for schools.
• Build relationships with school leadership and regional/global IT, manage risks.
