Efficio Limited in Mexico City seeks an experienced IT professional to support, improve and maintain the IT systems and processes that enable Efficio staff to operate efficiently in the region.

You'll liaise with suppliers, manage core infrastructure, handle networking issues, and deploy IT assets, while ensuring security and adherence to ISO standards; a hands-on, service-delivery mindset is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on IT experience.
• Experience in a service-delivery environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Support, improve and maintain IT systems and processes for Efficio staff.
• Liaise with suppliers to support regional IT needs.
• Manage core infrastructure, networking issues and incidents.
• Deploy and maintain IT assets and ensure security compliance.
