OPmobility in León, Mexico seeks a Regional IS Operations Leader for AMER to supervise regional IT operations service delivery, major incident management, and alignment with global governance. You ensure stability, performance and customer satisfaction while coordinating with Global IS Operations.

The role requires ITIL certification, 6–8 years in IT operations, and strong leadership with English fluency; you will drive Build‑to‑Run transitions, manage vendors, and report regional metrics to

Formación

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
ITIL V3 or 4 certification (Service Operations or Service Management) preferred.
Project Management or Service Delivery Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Oversee and manage major IS incidents in the AMER region, ensuring rapid response and resolution.
Coordinate Build-to-Run transitions and operational readiness with global teams.
Monitor and report SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous improvement across IT services.
