Inspired Education Group is seeking an IT Software Liaison – North America to bridge the Global Applications team, Regional IT, and North American schools from Monterrey, Mexico. You will coordinate MIS deployments, support onboarding, ensure data quality and align local needs with global standards.

With strong communication and stakeholder management, you will lead global IT projects, manage timelines and dependencies, and develop guidance and training to maximise adoption.

Responsabilidades

ROLE SUMMARY:

Inspired Education is a global education group operating schools across multiple regions. The IT Software Liaison – North America will be based in Monterrey, Mexico, and will act as a key bridge between the Global Applications / Software team, Regional IT, and schools across North America, supporting the effective implementation, adoption, use, and continuous improvement of Inspired’s Standard Systems and Global Technical Stack.

The role will support core MIS, learning platforms, admissions platforms, parent- and student-facing platforms, integrations, reporting tools, and approved third-party systems. It will provide regional coordination and systems expertise while helping ensure that global software initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with local school requirements.

Working closely with school and regional teams, the IT Software Liaison will support system implementations, onboarding, user adoption, data quality, integrations, training, and change management. The role will connect global standards with local execution, helping ensure systems create practical value for schools, staff, students, and parents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a key point of coordination between schools across North America, Regional IT, and the Global Applications / Software team for the rollout, implementation, and ongoing use of IT software platforms.
• Support schools in the effective use of Standard Systems, promoting consistency, data quality, user adoption, and alignment with global standards.
• Lead software onboarding activities for new schools, capturing and analysing local system and regulatory requirements and mapping existing systems, processes, and reporting requirements to Inspired platforms.
• Support the delivery of Global IT Software projects and initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, implementation planning, timeline tracking, dependency management, and platform configuration or adaptation where required.
• Support the planning and execution of global and regional system implementations, assessing school readiness, dependencies, training requirements, communication needs, and operational risks.
• Work with relevant teams to identify and address data inconsistencies, integration issues, user-access challenges, process gaps, permissions, and user-experience considerations across platforms.
• Perform acceptance testing for software pilots, innovation programmes, digital learning initiatives, new features, and functional releases, providing structured regional feedback to Global IT.
• Develop and support user guidance, training materials, process documentation, and annual onboarding activities to help schools understand platform changes, new features, and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with school leadership, academic teams, admissions, finance, operations, Regional IT, and Global IT, managing expectations and escalating risks, blockers, and decisions appropriately.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardisation of software implementation processes, documentation, training, quality assurance, governance, and reporting across Inspired.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 2+ years of experience in MIS management and/or Global IT Software project implementation within an Inspired school environment.
• Good working knowledge of school MIS systems, Standard Systems, and related academic platforms, including iSAMS, ManageBac, Canvas, OpenApply, IGSP, or equivalent approved third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Global IT platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Experience delivering training and supporting change management activities.
• Proven agile and waterfall project management skills, together with experience managing multiple delivery priorities.
• Proven experience managing multinational stakeholders and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to support analysis and decision-making.
• Experience with quality assurance and continuous improvement, with working knowledge of software standards, GDPR, safeguarding protocols, and digital citizenship strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally and flexibility to work across multiple time zones and provide global support when required.
