DXC Technology is seeking an IT Infrastructure and Technology Coordinator in Monterrey, Mexico, to supervise and optimize local network, server, and data center operations. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing incidents and escalations, and supporting projects while ensuring security and service continuity.

You will act as a technical focal point for business areas and external providers, contributing to continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with security

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, telecom or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate local infrastructure and telecommunications teams.
• Monitor and optimize network, server, and data center operations for availability and security.
• Prepare executive reports on capacity, utilization, performance, and budgets.
• Coordinate budget execution and OPEX/CAPEX forecasting.
• Manage infrastructure projects and present status to clients and stakeholders.
• Handle escalations, incidents, and business requirements with internal and external teams.
• Serve as technical focal point for business areas and external providers.
• Support audits with required evidence and documentation.
• Track security patches and enforce compliance with security standards.
• Coordinate vulnerability management and remediation with teams.
• Identify and manage infrastructure risks with timelines.
• Support ITSC/DRP documentation for critical sites in Mexico.
• Perform access control reviews and assist with corrective actions.
• Support antimalware administration and server agent activities.
