Amalga Group is seeking a full-time IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Monterrey team, operating in a Hybrid/Contractor model. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for international clients, focusing on sourcing and hiring specialized IT and tech talent, with heavy emphasis on English-language communication.

You will screen candidates in English, manage international pipelines, and coordinate with U.S. stakeholders.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on IT and tech recruitment.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) in both written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

Manage recruitment processes for assigned tech roles, from sourcing to offer management.
Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, tech databases, referrals, and specialized job boards.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical experience, communication skills, English proficiency, and overall fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, account managers, and U.S. client stakeholders.
Maintain candidate records updated in our ATS and recruitment trackers.
Manage multiple IT searches simultaneously while meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
