Mars in Mexico invites applications for a Global HR Service & Operations Manager to lead LATAM integration of P&O operations into the MyP&O HR model. This permanent role focuses on readiness, governance, and knowledge transfer through June 2027, with ongoing expansion thereafter.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across LATAM, standardize processes, oversee testing and audits, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards while expanding service delivery.

Competenze

• Experience with mergers & acquisitions or corporate integrations.
• Knowledge of LATAM HR operations, payroll and benefits integration touchpoints.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese preferred.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end LATAM P&O operations integration into the MyP&O HR operating model.
• Drive process mapping, future-state design, standardization across LATAM markets.
• Partner with regional P&O HR, Legal, Payroll, Technology, and Service Delivery teams.
• Lead knowledge transfer, onboarding, readiness assessments, and transition activities.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, governance, and audit readiness activities.
• Drive policy and process harmonization balancing local compliance and enterprise standards.
