Job summary

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking an HR professional to support recruitment, performance reviews, and labor law compliance in our Mexican operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Administration or Industrial Relations, at least 2 years of HR experience, and strong English. You will work with MS Office, manage budgets, and contribute to reliable HR processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level is Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Industrial Relations.
• At least 2 years of experience in Faurecia HR processes.
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection, performance reviews, events organization, job descriptions, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Labor Law.
• Experience in Personnel Services administration.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet.
• Ability to build and manage a budget.
• Application of competencies interviews.
• Advanced English required.
