Luxoft Mexico is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to support their Human Resources team with various operational activities. The role encompasses managing HR processes and enhancing the onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in administration, at least 5 years of HR experience, and fluency in English. Knowledge of Mexico's employment legislation is also essential. The position requires flexibility to go to the office as needed.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR administration or HR operations.
• Knowledge of Mexico employment legislation and benefits.
• Availability to go to the office as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Absence Management.
• Manage the Time Off Admin for Brazil.
• Support and provide information to payroll.
