Transsion México is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Assistant to join a dynamic, international environment. The role offers exposure to multiple HR functions and real-world projects within a fast-paced local operation.

You will support talent acquisition, HR administration, and performance management while fostering proactive collaboration and meticulous attention to detail in daily HR tasks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Experience in recruitment and selection (internships or professional practice).
• Knowledge of HR operations and labor law compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Post openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews.
• HR Administration: Maintain personnel files, track vacations/leaves, HR docs.
• Performance Management: Assist in evaluations and improvements.
• Data and Reporting: Prepare HR reports, presentations, analyses.
• Policy & Process Development: Update HR procedures and best practices.
