Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to design and run a world-class inbound and outbound operation at a Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Area Managers and hundreds of hourly associates, applying Amazon Leadership Principles to improve capacity, safety and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of operations management experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong data analysis and performance metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Area Managers and 100–300 hourly associates.
• Own daily capacity planning and ensure site productivity targets.
• Maintain safety programs and compliance across the site.
• Collaborate with Retail/FBA stakeholders to optimize flow and service.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
