Amazon Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for Worldwide Operations to lead and develop a high-performing team across inbound and outbound processes within a Fulfillment Center.

You will drive capacity planning, Lean improvements, and collaborate with Retail/FBA partners to optimize volume, timing, and customer experience. You will mentor 3-7 Area Managers and 100-300 hourly associates, while ensuring safe, efficient operations and alignment with business goals across shifts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of operations management experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• 8+ years of strong operations management and data analysis experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 3-7 Area Managers and 100-300 hourly associates by embodying Amazon’s Leadership Principles.
• Execute daily capacity planning to guarantee site success.
• Create, communicate and maintain quality control policies and standard work procedures.
• Identify and lead Lean-driven process improvements to delight customers.
• Balance labor with productivity plans in collaboration with other Operations Managers.
