Amazon Mexico's Fulfillment Center is seeking an Area Manager Jr to drive safety, quality, customer experience and productivity. You will review forecasts, set daily targets, and partner with other Area Managers to balance labor and meet building objectives. Lead and develop a 50–150 person team, embrace Lean tools, support safety programs, and be flexible to work nights, weekends, and peak season while maintaining a 24/7 mindset.

Formación

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree; flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience with English oral and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 50–150 hourly associates.
• Overtime may be required during peak holiday season and year-round.
• Identify and lead Lean process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance labor and achieve goals.
• Lead change at internet speed and drive continuous improvement.
