Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an inbound or outbound operation across shifts in an Amazon Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of 3-7 Area Managers and 100-300 hourly associates, driving safety, performance, and continuous improvement.

You will mentor teams, execute daily capacity planning, implement Lean improvements, and balance labor with productivity to meet time, accuracy, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of operations management experience.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• 8+ years of data analysis proficiency in operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-7 Area Managers and 100-300 hourly associates, embodying leadership principles.
• Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and performance improvement.
• Execute daily capacity planning to guarantee success at the site.
• Create and maintain quality control policies and standard work procedures for Area Managers and associates.
• Proactively identify and lead Lean process improvements to delight customers.
• Balance labor and productivity plans across operations managers.
