Amazon's MEX1 Fulfillment Center in Mexico City seeks a frontline Operations Manager to lead a team in Outbound, packing, sorting, and shipping customer orders. You will supervise 30-80+ hourly associates, drive daily productivity and quality, and ensure safe, accurate, on-time shipments.

The role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsabilidades

• Safety & compliance: Own your team's safety culture. Address hazards and lead safety initiatives.
• Shift management: Plan and assign work to meet daily volume targets and shipping deadlines.
• Quality assurance: Audit packing accuracy, labeling compliance, and truck-loading standards; fix defects on shift.
• People leadership: Supervise and develop hourly warehouse associates; manage attendance and schedules.
• Hiring & onboarding: Participate in recruiting and onboarding plans to build a high-performing team.
• Communication: Run daily pre-shift meetings and present updates to senior leadership.
• Process improvement & cross-functional collaboration: Identify improvements and coordinate with other teams.
