Flex in Guadalajara, North Campus, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support accounts and drive revenue goals. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has BA/BS or equivalent, EMS experience, strong English, and MS Office proficiency; you bring analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent education/work experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS).
• Advanced English proficiency, written and verbal.
• MS Office knowledge, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Independent, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Experience with BAAN and FTS systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer service across accounts.
• Handle inquiries and resolve problems with care.
• Maintain service standards during high-pressure periods.
• Interpret customer needs and offer solutions.
• Track metrics and drive action based on KPIs.
• Coordinate with Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, and OTD.
• Understand incoterms, pricing, and payment terms.
• Collaborate with logistics for shipments and records.
