Flex is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Guadalajara to support key customer accounts and coordinate orders, RMAs, and shipments. You will work under the Manager, Operations and help ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS or equivalent, advanced English, and strong Excel skills, with experience in manufacturing and a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Customer service mindset and focus on meeting customer needs.
• Advanced English both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of key customer accounts and orders.
• Coordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, and export processes.
• Resolve inquiries and customer issues with care and efficiency.
• Maintain high service standards during high-volume periods.
• Communicate clearly in English to ensure customer understanding.
