Uber is seeking a CRM Marketing Associate to join the Global CRM team and lead acquisition campaigns across owned digital channels at a global scale. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, expansion-driven environment.

You will develop end-to-end CRM strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app), and collaborate with data science, product, and regional ops to uncover consumer insights.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in customer marketing or related space.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and multi-channel campaign management (email, push, in-app).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global end-to-end CRM strategies focused on acquisition expansion.
• Navigate marketing automation tools to build content that converts users.
• Scale campaigns across new countries, balancing speed with local requirements.
• Unblock growth by developing learning agendas and scaling from experimentation to global deployment.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and regional ops teams to identify insights and influence strategy without direct authority.
• Own campaign performance end-to-end and report on KPIs.
