Descripción de la vacante

Salesforce is seeking a Creative Operations Lead (Level 7) for the Mexico City node to serve as the operational backbone, coordinating workflow infrastructures and bridging local teams with Salesforce HQ. This leadership role focuses on scaling creative output while removing friction across global campaigns.

Reporting to local leadership, you will align resource management, production pipelines, and localization workflows with global roadmaps.

Formación

8+ years of elite operations leadership experience in creative operations, program management, or traffic direction.
Mastery of complex resource logistics across distributed pipelines.
Familiarity with modern creative pipelines and asset handoff frameworks.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

Act as the operational backbone for the Flex Creative node in Mexico City.
Design, optimize, and enforce agile project management frameworks.
Manage logistics, deployment, and scalability of tech infrastructure and licenses.
Structure feedback loops and brief distribution between local and global teams.
Track cycle speeds and implement bottleneck solutions to accelerate delivery.
