The Trailhead Content team generates ideas, writes and edits content, develops hands‑on challenges, and publishes and maintains the learning content that makes all of this possible. We are looking for a self‑starting, team‑oriented, and passionate individual to join our team focused on GTM strategy and execution. As a Program & Content Operations Analyst for our internal Decoded enablement programs, you help support the strategy and execution of high‑impact learning content to ensure our learners gain the skills they need to succeed in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will own a wide variety of initiatives that support the end‑to‑end execution of our 3 Decoded series to drive confidence in product and pricing updates to build quality pipeline. In this role, you partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, easily digestible learning experiences. This is a cross‑functional role for a creator or former Account Executive/Solutions Engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about learner‑first design.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to produce high‑quality content, deliver complex programs, and build deep trust with global stakeholders.
