Genpact is seeking a seasoned CLM Implementation Lead to drive deployment of contract lifecycle management software across global teams. You will coordinate with legal, IT, procurement, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adoption.

You will design workflows, analyze contract data, and streamline processes to improve deployment efficiency while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Experience deploying and managing CLM software and workflows.
• Strong understanding of contract management best practices.
• Legal background with ability to navigate regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CLM deployment projects and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Capture requirements via configuration workbooks and BRDs; manage CRs.
• Negotiate, sign, and manage contracts using CLM software; ensure compliance.
