Genpact is seeking a seasoned CLM Implementation Lead to drive deployment of contract lifecycle management software across global teams. You will coordinate with legal, IT, procurement, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adoption.

You will design workflows, analyze contract data, and streamline processes to improve deployment efficiency while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CLM Implementation Lead who has expertise in legal/contract management software. As a CLM Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for initiating, negotiating, and signing contracts, as well as managing data and analytics related to the deployment process.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of CLM Software: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the successful deployment of contract lifecycle management software.
• Effective gathering business requirements in the form of Configuration Workbook (Implementation/Build) and Business Requirement Document (Project Change Requests / CRs )
• Contract Management: Initiate, negotiate, and sign contracts using CLM software, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Data and Analytics: Utilize CLM software data and analytics capabilities to monitor and analyze contract-related metrics and performance.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the deployment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including legal teams, IT teams, Procurement teams, and external vendors, to ensure smooth and timely deployment of the software.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to key users / end-users of CLM software to ensure proper utilization and adoption.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all deployment activities, including contracts, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Experience in deploying and managing legal/contract management software, specifically CLM.
• Experience in designing and building the workflows in the CLM system.
• Legal practice and background.
• Ability to work across countries and time zones in a globally dispersed team.
• In-depth understanding of SaaS solutions and contract management best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze data and derive insights for process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex deployment projects, adhering to timelines and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience in deploying and managing contract lifecycle management software, preferably Ironclad or else any other (comparable) CLM solution (DocuSign, Agiloft, ..)
• Experience in deploying and managing legal/contract management software, specifically CLM.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with work in SCRUM methodology.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
