Genpact seeks a CLM Implementation Lead with deep CLM deployment expertise across legal and contract management software. You will drive initiation, negotiation, signing, and deployment, coordinating with global teams to ensure a smooth rollout.

You will gather requirements, design workflows, monitor data and analytics, train users, and maintain documentation while ensuring legal/regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

Formación

• Experience deploying and managing CLM software.
• Experience designing and building CLM workflows.
• Legal practice background.
• Ability to work across countries and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Implement CLM software deployment with internal and external teams.
• Gather requirements via Configuration Workbook and Project BRD.
• Initiate, negotiate, and sign contracts using CLM tools.
• Use CLM data/analytics to monitor metrics and performance.
• Continuously improve deployment processes for efficiency.
• Coordinate with legal, IT, procurement, and vendors for timely rollout.
• Provide training and support to key users and maintain documentation.
