Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist in S&P - Contract Management based in Mexico with hybrid work options. You will draft, review, and manage procurement contracts from inception to closure, supporting negotiations with suppliers, and maintaining our contract lifecycle systems.

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and redlining procurement contracts.
• Ability to assess business risk in contractual commitments.
• Strong working knowledge of contract lifecycle management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, reviewing, redlining procurement contracts using standard templates and guidelines.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from inception of an agreement through contract closure
• Prepare contracts, including master agreements, statements of work, licensing agreements, renewals, amendments, and other similar agreements using based standard templates and guidelines.
• Assist Contracts resources/ legal team in their negotiation of legal terms with suppliers.
• Update Contract Management System and maintain centralized file storage system
• Good working knowledge of business concepts and terminology, and the ability to assess business risk when making decisions concerning contractual commitments
• Working knowledge of a Contract Lifecycle Management System
• Strong customer service skillsets, which include the ability to interact with executive level management and present information in a clear and concise format
