Corning Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst – CLM to support Contract Lifecycle Management and eSignature platforms, including Icertis CLM and DocuSign. You will troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, and collaborate with users and IT teams to drive resolution and future enhancements.

The role offers opportunities to become a subject matter expert in enterprise applications and contribute to operational support and deployments within a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise business applications or SaaS platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams.
• Proactive communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incidents, service requests, and support tickets through resolution.
• Support Icertis CLM and DocuSign administration including workflows and permissions.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Support testing, releases, deployments, and documentation for CLM/eSignature environment.
