Corning Incorporated is seeking a Senior Analyst – CLM to support our Contract Lifecycle Management and eSignature platforms, including Icertis CLM and DocuSign. You will troubleshoot issues, manage service requests, and collaborate with users and IT teams to drive resolutions.

You will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert as the CLM capability grows, contributing to both operational support and future enhancements across enterprise applications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise applications or SaaS platforms.
• Strong issue-troubleshooting and ticket management skills.
• Ability to work with business users and vendors to resolve problems.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incidents, service requests, and tickets through resolution.
• Administer and configure Icertis CLM and DocuSign workflows and permissions.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Support testing, releases, deployments, and documentation for CLM/eSignature environment.
