Innteci---Quid---Bgwi is seeking a Client Success Representative to foster strong client relationships and ensure smooth coordination of needs. You will manage inquiries, monitor orders, and deliver proactive follow-ups in a hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes detailed record-keeping, clear communication, and timely updates to clients and internal teams while maintaining high service standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required.
• 1–3 years in client success, account management or logistics.
• 6 months to 1 year as junior-level experience acceptable.
• Fluent English required for client interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary contact.
• Monitor and manage client orders across logistics channels.
• Track status and report progress to clients and teams.
• Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Document client interactions, orders, and feedback for transparency.
• Prepare regular status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
