Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Associate for our hybrid role in Aguascalientes, MX. You will combine strong technical aptitude with customer service to guide clients through our EHS, Sustainability, and ESG solutions.

Formación

• 1+ year of relevant customer service experience.
• 1+ year of experience in conducting thorough technical assessments.
• Proficient English skills spoken and written.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers.
• Document technical findings, recommendations, and action plans to facilitate long-term customer support.
• Support Leadership team to get customer satisfaction and growth among a portfolio of customers.
• Draft business requirement documentation for project specifications related to business analysis.
• Develop understanding of clients’ operations and systems.
• Support unit leads with administrative tasks for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build and deliver customer expectations.
