Job summary

Averna Powered by Spherea is seeking a Proposal Specialist to manage multiple RFPs and RFIs, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Project Management, Engineering and Legal to deliver compliant proposals and accurate cost estimates.

You will review terms, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with Procurement to validate material costs and lead times while supporting pricing strategies with Sales and Finance. Proposals require precision and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in proposal development and cost analysis.
• Experience with governmental customers is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge is an asset.
• Affinity with electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, or automotive industries.
• Results-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to multitask and set priorities.
• Multilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, setting clear priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Project Management, Engineering and Legal to align proposals with client expectations and internal standards.
• Prepare high-quality proposal documents and coordinate inputs to define accurate effort and cost estimates.
• Review contractual and legal terms with the Legal team and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate inputs with Procurement to validate costs and lead times and assist pricing strategies with Sales and Finance.
• Lead meetings and act as a link between proposal activities, project teams, and billing processes.
