Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Associate in Tender Management to support Revenue teams in developing/editing proposals, responding to RFPs, and advising Sales and Client Management. You will also help keep customer data current and assist cross-functional teams across North America.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, leverage marketing content, and ensure accurate, timely proposal content and references. Strong English, writing, and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Professional proposal writing, grant writing, or comparable business writing experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Experience using and maintaining databases or similar information management tools.
• Fluent English
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, edit, and validate information for accuracy and completeness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing, proofreading, and document editing.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and follow through on assigned work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare draft responses for RFIs and RFPs for North America Client Development and Client Management teams.
• Draft, edit, and refine proposal and solution documents for review and completion.
• Maintain and update an electronic library of content to support responses.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and subject matter experts to address client requirements.
• Leverage approved marketing materials to strengthen responses.
• Ensure client data and references are accurate and current.
• Provide input to improve sales support processes and proposal quality.
• Maintain knowledge across offerings to support proposal responses.
• Support Sales Customer Management database oversight and maintenance.
