We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Proposal Coordinator / Compliance Officer to support our bid and proposal team in ensuring high-quality, compliant submissions for commercial tenders. The role involves analyzing RFPs, preparing detailed checklists, and performing final quality checks to ensure a proposal meets all requirements before submission.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze RFP documents.
• Prepare detailed compliance checklists based on the RFP and ensure all mandatory requirements are identified.
• Coordinate with the proposal preparation team to gather and track required inputs.
• Perform final quality control of the proposal document before submission.
• Ensure the proposal is complete, accurate, formatted correctly, and aligned with RFP instructions.
• Track and incorporate changes from RFP clarifications or communications throughout the proposal cycle.
• Maintain version control and filing of proposal documents, including templates and standard forms.
• Support in creating templates and document formatting standards for bids.
• Assist in organizing proposal documents for electronic and hard copy submission.
• Collaborate with proposal preparation team to ensure technical and commercial sections of proposals align with the RFP requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• Minimum two years of experience in proposal coordination, documentation control, or tender compliance (preferably in the field of engineering, technology and industrial).
• Strong understanding of bidding processes, particularly government/public sector RFPs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret RFP requirements and translate them into actionable checklists.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.
