Job summary

Ericsson Mexico is seeking a Team Leader, Credit and Collections to build and run a high-performing SSC-based function for global B2B customers. You will oversee daily collections, credit management, and treasury practices while migrating activities to the new SSC Mexico.

You will guide, coach, and develop the team, ensuring timely cash collection, adherence to processes, and clear communication with stakeholders worldwide. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent discipline.
• Solid experience in credit and collections, cash collection, accounts receivable, treasury, or related finance operations.
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of treasury and credit management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily execution of credit and collections activities for a global B2B customer portfolio.
• Coordinate migration of activities into SSC Mexico ensuring business continuity and clear ownership.
• Standardize, document, and continuously improve credit and collections processes and controls.
• Monitor customer accounts, open receivables, disputes, and overdue balances.
• Drive timely cash collection through professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members and act as a resource for colleagues.
• Analyze performance, identify risks and root causes, and initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare and communicate operational updates and performance insights in English.
