Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking an AV Events Project Coordinator to help shape how we deliver high quality audiovisual support for Nasdaq Events by centralizing communication, streamlining project workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and external partners.

Located in Mexico City with a hybrid environment (at least 3 days in the office), you will manage Monday.com boards, liaise with vendors, capture requirements from client calls, and keep projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years in the events industry, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Strong organizational and project coordination with multi-priority management.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CMS, and Monday.com; quick to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Monday.com boards to track AV projects.
• Liaise between the AV team and external vendors.
• Join client AV calls and translate requirements into actions.
• Bridge communication across AV, Events, and internal departments.
• Support on-time, on-budget delivery of AV projects.
