Nasdaq, Inc. seeks an Event Analyst in Mexico City to orchestrate high-impact client experiences, from conferences to executive offsites. The role blends organization, creativity, and data-driven insights to elevate brand engagement in a fast-paced environment.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendors, and deliver on-time, high-quality events that align with strategic initiatives and global campaigns.
As an Event Analyst, reporting to Manager, Event Management, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-impact experiences that elevate Nasdaq’s brand and deepen client engagement across major global initiatives—ranging from Mercedes F1 activations to executive offsites and curated client events. You’ll thrive in this position if you’re highly organized, adaptive, creatively driven, and passionate about crafting exceptional client and executive experiences in a fast-paced environment.
This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
