Indegene is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support strategic IT, AI, Data Analytics, Medical Affairs, and Digital Transformation initiatives across Gilead's Intercontinental Markets. You will manage a portfolio spanning geographies, functions, and stakeholders while aligning with enterprise IT strategy.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
- Experience managing global and cross-functional IT programs.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate multiple projects across AI, Data Analytics, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, and IT functions.
- Maintain consolidated portfolio roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
- Establish governance frameworks and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Drive project management practices, templates, KPI tracking, and outcome measurement across markets.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned to objectives.
- Lead AI and Copilot adoption initiatives across global markets.
- Identify country-specific opportunities for AI, automation, and digital workplace improvements.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and execute AI use cases.
